Scratch Coding (ages 10-16)
When young people learn to code in Scratch, they learn important strategies for solving problems, designing projects, and communicating ideas. With Scratch, youth can program their own interactive stories, games, and animations – and share their creations with others in the online community. Scratch helps young people learn to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively – essential skills for life in the 21st century. Program meets twice per week (Tuesday & Thursday) from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Tuesday, July 10 - Thursday, August 9
Parent Orientation: Friday, July 6 at 5:30 p.m.
Graduation: Friday, August 10 at 5:30 p.m.
